Ethics of Global Landuse

current issues and pressing challenges

International cooperation has weathered many crises in recent years. Will the "law of the jungle" and a policy of isolationism increasingly prevail in the future? What dangers does this entail? With the project "Future-Oriented Development Cooperation," the Expert Group on World Economy and Social Ethics and the Commission Justitia et Pax are addressing the question of how European states can align their security, climate, and economic policies to enable fair and mutually beneficial cooperation with emerging economies and countries of the Global South.
